Job content

  • Manage relationship with customers directly and by cooperation with sales team
  • Manage customer ledgers (posting of bank transfers, reconciliation, confirmations)
  • Maintain process documentation
  • Reporting (weekly and monthly reports)
  • Process improvement, standardisation to drive customer satisfaction and raise service efficiency
  • Proactive cash collection (% of overdue is a KPI)
  • Set-up and operate payment methods (bank guarantee, letter of credit etc.)

Position requirements

  • University or College degree in economy
  • Speaks English fluently (advanced)
  • Willing to improve day-to-day
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to understand business impacts
  • Makes suggestions on improvement actions to achieve business goals and improve business performance
  • Solution oriented
  • Strong team player and able to work independently
  • Solid PC literacy, strong Excel, SAP and Outlook skills required
  • Self-confident, accurate and pays attention to details

Experience required: 3 years relevant professional experience
