Safety first - Hoya UK continue to monitor and adhere to the latest Government guidelines – as we are sure you are too.
Safety is our upmost priority, so to ensure social distancing measures are in place, we have started to reduce the number of people we have on site. In addition to this, our order volumes have begun to reduce as expected during this unprecedented virus outbreak. We have therefore taken the decision to temporarily remove Saturday working until further notice. This is effective from Saturday 28th March 2020.
We are aware that you may have made the decision to close at this time, however if you have decided to remain open to provide emergency eyecare or glasses to the NHS and Key workers, Hoya UK is supporting your efforts by continuing to provide the much-needed spectacle lenses.
We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of our people, so that we can deliver continuity of supply and service to you, to the extent that this is possible. Our supply chain remains operational and our teams are here to support you.
We are fully committed to you and we are confident that we will collectively prevail through these difficult times together!
