Custom redirect (301 or 302 redirects)
1. After logging in to episerver, click the {gear} icon on the top right and use the option 'add gadgets'. Choose 'Custom redirect manager'. This will now appear on your EpiServer homescreen.
2. Expand 'Custom Redirect Manager'. Fill in the following details: Old UR, New URL, Redirect Type (301 for permanent, 302 for temporary) and click add to save
3. After clicking 'Save', you will see a notification confirming that it has been successfully saved.
It is also possible to edit in bulk.
1.) Upload your .xml file through the option "Import redirects from an XML-file" and test if they work. The correct XML format can be found in the UK as an example below. Use the .xls file to generate the proper coding.
