Western Europe & North America

Oliver serves as Senior Vice President for Western Europe & North America, driving HOYA Vision Care’s commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and exceptional value for customers across both regions. Since 2018, he has successfully led the Western Europe business, strengthening market presence, deepening customer engagement, and advancing strategic initiatives. Previously CEO of Seiko Optical Europe, Oliver brings over 20 years of industry expertise to his role.

Steven Haifawi

Senior Vice President
U.S. Commercial

Steven leads the company’s unified ECP Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. In addition, he oversees commercial strategy and execution in the U.S. while continuing to lead Canadian operations, ensuring strong alignment across both markets.

Since joining HOYA, Steven has led operations, sales, and marketing across all divisions. He has more than 20 years of optical industry experience.

Andrew Herden

Chief Financial Officer
North America

Since joining HOYA, he has led the company’s strategic financial planning initiatives, supplier relationships, and forecasting for North America. Andrew’s cross-collaborative approach creates operational efficiencies across the HOYA operations and product teams.

Meg Weathers

Senior Vice President
Key Accounts

In this key commercial leadership role, Meg is responsible for driving a cohesive and aligned go-to-market approach for the company’s Key Accounts, including GKA, Retail and Wholesale channel customers and partners across North America.

Meg has more than 17 years of experience in the optical industry, with deep expertise in business development, global strategy, and commercial marketing.

Melissa Walters

Vice President
Customer Success and Operations

Since joining HOYA in 2013, Melissa has held leadership roles in operations that complement her more than 28 years of experience in the optical industry.  Today she is responsible for streamlining the customer experience by driving the front-end of customer service while coordinating with back-end production to ensure end-to-end success.  Melissa’s teams support HOYA's Wholesale, Retail, and Eye Care Professionals business channels.

Frank De Lille

Vice President,
Operations

Since joining HOYA in 1999, he has led operations globally in Europe, the Middle East, and India where he transformed purchasing, logistics, IT, communications, production, and quality control, including ISO regulatory processes. In his current role, Frank leads all North American operations.

Sean Dineen

Vice President, Human Resources
North America

Sean has more than 25 years of HR experience, including leading roles at multi-national companies. He collaborates with senior management to lead, develop, and sustain Human Resources strategies that develop talent and support HOYA's corporate goals.
