Since joining HOYA, he has led the company’s strategic financial planning initiatives, supplier relationships, and forecasting for North America. Andrew’s cross-collaborative approach creates operational efficiencies across the HOYA operations and product teams.
Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Experience

In this role, she leads sales enablement, customer experience, customer service, and sales across the Independent Eye Care Professional (iECP) and channels. By uniting these functions under one strategic vision, Simone and her team aim to streamline processes to meet customer needs better, enhance efficiencies, and drive organizational success.
Senior Vice President, Global Key Accounts
North America
In this key commercial leadership role, she is responsible for driving growth and expanding HOYA’s presence among Global Key Account customers. Meg also leads the development and execution of strategies to increase market share and drive volume across the region. Prior to her current role, Meg successfully led HOYA’s North American Marketing organization. She has more than 16 years of experience in the optical industry, with deep expertise in business development, global strategy, and commercial marketing.
Vice President, Operations

Since joining HOYA in 1999, he has led operations globally in Europe, the Middle East, and India where he transformed purchasing, logistics, IT, communications, production, and quality control, including ISO regulatory processes. In his current role, Frank leads all North American operations.
Vice President, Human Resources

Sean has more than 25 years of HR experience, including leading roles at multi-national companies. He collaborates with senior management to lead, develop, and sustain Human Resources strategies that develop talent and support HOYA's corporate goals.
Vice President, Strategic Marketing

Samy will lead HOYA’s marketing organization across the U.S. and Canada, overseeing Product Management, Professional Affairs, Channel and Digital Marketing, and Brand Communications. Leveraging HOYA’s marketing resources, his priority is to strengthen partnerships with eye care professionals by promoting HOYA’s industry-leading ophthalmic lens products and lab services to ensure the best vision solutions for their patients.
Vice President, Customer Success and Operations

Since joining HOYA in 2013, Melissa has held leadership roles in operations that complement her more than 28 years of experience in the optical industry. Today she is responsible for streamlining the customer experience by driving the front-end of customer service while coordinating with back-end production to ensure end-to-end success. Melissa’s teams support HOYA's Wholesale, Retail, and Eye Care Professionals business channels.
