Hoya Hub Connects Accounts to Real-Time Data and a Customized Service Experience

Ophthalmic lens technology leader HOYA Vision Care announced today the launch of the Hoya Hub in the U.S. market. The Hoya Hub further amplifies HOYA’s strongly embedded partnerships with Eye Care Professionals to drive digital solutions to meet their evolving needs and promote business success. The Hoya Hub exemplifies the dedication of the HOYA Vision Care team to be the ally of the customer by delivering ground-breaking solutions and innovative technologies and services.

The Hoya Hub experience is tailored to the needs of the practice. Features of the Hoya Hub include:

 

  • Customers can view real time status of jobs, search for invoices, print shipping labels and download technical specifications

 

  • Customer access to marketing programs and promotions

 

  • Practice owners can invite and set permission levels for individual staff members

 

  • Customer access to the new Hoya Learning Center

More than a dozen countries will participate in rolling out the Hoya Hub to their markets in 2021. Customers will be notified of their portal access by email or their sales and customer service representatives.
